QT520S Startup Error

I am unable to start QT520S on either computer I usually use. I’ve deleted files and reloaded program from new download without success. Error occurs after downloading symbol data and reads: “Unhanded exception has occurred in application….Object reference not set to an instance of an object” Any suggestions on this error? Thank you

Do you use the last normal downloaded version of our website? If yes, make sure you install the QuantTrader folder outside of the normal Windows Program folder. For example in the normal Documents folder. The program folder is write protected since Win10.
If you did change the strategies or make your own strategies then please send me your zipped “ini” strategy subfolder per email to [email protected] so that I can replicate the error.

Thank you for quick response. Setup in new folder on Desktop and works fine. Strange problem came up on two different computers at same time. Thanks again.
