Not doing great the first month I actually tried the strategy. But that is my superpower, and no fault of the strategy.

Yes matching now, thanks. “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” is still not working (for me at least).

I do not see anything in QT to indicate whether it is running with or without dividend adjustments? Or is that what it means if you choose the first allocation method which says Invested Allocations?

Any thoughts on why such a very different set of ETFs and Stocks chosen depending on whether I choose allocation based on end of period close vs intraday close?

I think I was not understanding you. I switched to the Consolidate Allocation tab to see what it would say to buy for a specific cash amount. It shows 4 strategies available there which are what I set each to 25%. Now I think your final strategy was just the one that says Permanent Portfolio (US Market Stock Prec Metals vers)?
If so still 30% just to PALL but better than 47%. Huge difference though if tell it to allocate based on NOV 2020 end of period close (whatever that means) and Actual Allocation Nov 10 2020 (based on intraday price). Since I am doing this on Nov 11 I am not sure what Nov 10 intraday price means either. But the intraday price choice says to invest 60% in GLD.

I downloaded to play with it. The file does not say the % allocation to each of the 4 strategies?
I tried 25% to each and if I am reading correctly the CAGR is 40% with DD of 16% looking at a 5 year history. For 1 year it was 60% CAGR. I wanted to put in a screen capture but have not found a way to either paste into here or attach a file.

I love the unleveraged aspect of this but am leery of it choosing such a small set of stocks. Just 5 stocks plus a small amount of DIA and TLT. 47% PALL was particularly worrisome.

I would love to hear one of the LI guys thoughts on this. Or anyone smarter than me which is almost everyone.

Just the answer I was looking for, thanks.

What are the less leveraged (2X) or no leverage versions of SPXL and TMF?

Some tradeoff against the cost of margin and of course the need to avoid those pesky margin calls.

My broker allows it, but can not get any which I suspect may be an ongoing problem.

What about my second question of back testing with the replacements for the lost ETFs?

Wow, start working on the re-allocation and the announcement about Flynn completely trashes all the numbers. I expect the new allocations would change if done again now.

How often are the prices updated? Is there a way to force a new price update? In the browser tool not excel.

While I like the idea of this strategy it seems impractical for me at least. Though I have not tried it yet since I just learned of it, I suspect some issues with volume. For example for June it calls for 50% EIS. The average daily volume is 44000. If I just go with a half position it still would have me buying 6% of the average volume. I suspect many of the other countries are even worse. Is this mitigated by buying over several days for buying and selling?

    For June no TMF needed?

When will this be added to the custom portfolio builder?
