I have several closed end fund positions and am trying to build a QT model that lets me hedge the group. My question is: Does the SA software take dividends into account, or does it merely go by market price? Thanks.

Also, I have joined a couple of SA boards and several times have posted links to L-I. I think several of them are at least going to take a look.

By the way, the average yield is 9% on these, so what QT does with the Divvy is important.

    Hello R.D.,
By deafult QuantTrader uses dividend adjusted returns, ie dividends are included in the returns. Both the Tiingo and EODHistorical data feeds use dividend adjusted returns. As for S.A., thanks for spreading the word!

I have several people on SA paid services that are trying out your service. Why don’t you guys post an updated article on Seeking Alpha???
