528S error

I get an unhandled exception when I try 528S. Running current windows release.

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I can not imagine the reason for this error. Does QT start if you copy the old 227S version into the same folder? Do you run the new QT version on the standard LI set of strategies or on your private strategies? If the errors persist, then please zip the whole ini folder and email it to me at [email protected]
