Moderate Core for Sept: difference btwn underlying strategy & actual allocation

Dear team, I am new to L-R. Looking at the underlying strategies for the Moderate Core Portfolio, I see 11% bond. Looking at the actual allocations, and including CWB, they total almost 65%. I’m trying to understand how the Strategy percentages line up with actual allocations. Please help – it is early days for me, and I’m looking at my first monthly allocation change.
